A Mitel Case Study
Raytown Quality Schools, a suburban district of Kansas City serving about 9,000 students across 25 facilities and 35 square miles with roughly 1,400 staff, faced an aging phone system that was difficult to use and maintain. District leaders also needed reliable mobility so principals and administrators could stay connected while working offsite.
The district deployed Mitel’s MiVoice Business platform with MiCollab, NuPoint Unified Messaging and MiVoice 5320 IP phones, virtualizing their communications for high uptime and seamless integration with existing infrastructure. The result was a user-friendly system with more than 1,400 handsets across the district, mobile soft clients that give administrators an in-office experience anywhere, and improved reliability and manageability.
