Building on a 25-year relationship, the Phillies needed a system that supported mobile staff, streamlined operations, improved the fan experience, reduced call center wait times, and ensured a seamless transition to a new ballpark and additional facilities like Spring Training.
Using MiCollab and MiVoice Office 3300, Mitel delivered contact center capabilities, hot-desking and one-number/one-voicemail mobility to connect staff in the stadium, on the road and at Spring Training. The result was reduced wait times, improved reporting, seamless migrations during facility moves, and a single unified communications platform for the entire organization.
