Using Mitel’s MiCollab and Business Phone Systems with a UCC license, Mainsail gained unified communications, failover capability and the ability for staff to make calls from a laptop anywhere. The solution enabled IT and sales teams to work seamlessly from any location and sped up connections with customers and prospects.
