Hub One, a subsidiary of Groupe ADP, is a telecom operator and systems integrator that delivers mobile, tracking and communications solutions for airports, shopping malls and campuses across France. Facing the need for a more scalable, reliable and mobile-first communications platform to support its growing customer base and peak traffic periods, Hub One sought a solution that would keep employees and customers connected and enable expansion beyond its core airport market.

Hub One selected Mitel’s cloud offerings (MiCloud/MiVoice Business and MiCollab), both using and reselling the centrally managed services. The move to a cloud UC platform made it easy to scale capacity for seasonal peaks, boosted sales and revenue, increased employee productivity and collaboration (better video meetings, IM and remote worker connectivity), and enabled new IoT-driven alerts and emergency-response integrations for customers.
