Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation - Customer Case Study

Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation, one of Europe’s largest private banking-origin foundations, operates several instrumental bodies across three Turin sites (Vittorio, Arbarello and Bernini). Their estate relied on fragmented, mixed-technology telephone systems that constrained internal mobility, shared services and operational flexibility while failing to meet modern security and energy-efficiency expectations.

PRISMA scrl led a consolidation project that deployed Mitel’s MiVoice MX‑ONE platform with Mitel 6930 and 6940 IP phones and MiCollab, implementing distributed service logic, active redundancy and low‑power modes to optimize energy use. The result was a unified, secure communication system that supports smart working and mobile–fixed integration, offers built‑in chat, phone and video calling, and improves data protection and operational flexibility.
