Choice implemented Mitel’s contact center and unified communications suite (including MiContact Center, MiCollab, Mitel 3300, Teleworker, Voicemail and Live Business Gateway), working with partner BluePrint Technologies. The rollout was seamless with no downtime and effective online training; benefits included easier contact center management, on‑the‑fly programming, prioritized email handling and a 26% drop in inbound spam emails. Choice has also virtualized its Mitel solution for IT simplification and plans to add Mitel call recording next.
