Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, a landmark in St. Moritz with 120 rooms, 37 suites and up to 520 staff, faced an outdated telephony infrastructure spanning kilometers of old cabling and around 1,000 connections. The chosen partner deployed the Unify OpenScape 4000 to provide digital telephony throughout the property, full DECT wireless coverage, and two PC-based call-center workstations. Concierge screens automatically display guest names/room numbers and staff presence, and integration with the front-office system simplifies check-in/out and call billing—delivering reliable daily performance and strong satisfaction from management, employees and guests.
