Angels the Costumiers is the world’s longest-established supplier of costumes for film, theatre and TV, operating a 160,000 sq ft facility and three London-area locations with over 100 VoIP handsets. With high seasonal call volumes (notably at Halloween), complex multi-floor retail operations and unpredictable network events, Angels needed reliable voice quality, fast fault identification and no downtime to maintain customer service.

Working with Arden Telecom, Angels deployed a Mitel private cloud (MiVoice Business and MiVoice Border Gateway) and MarWatch fault & performance management software. MarWatch provides 24/7 monitoring, proactive alerts, remote secure access and active testing, enabling Arden to detect and isolate voice issues before users are affected; the result is greater network visibility, faster troubleshooting and confidence that phone services will remain reliable during peak demand.
