A Mitel Case Study
Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal, a leading pan‑Arab business magazine founded in 1979 with a head office in Lebanon and branches across the Middle East, needed to improve communication and decision‑making among geographically dispersed teams. The publisher required a communications platform that let journalists work remotely, cut inter‑office costs and was easy to deploy, manage and use with minimal training.
Mitel implemented a Networked Business Solution—MiVoice Business, MiCollab Client and the Mitel Teleworker Solution—deployed at the Lebanon head office with branch roll‑out planned. The solution enabled secure remote access, streamlined communications, faster decisions and higher productivity while delivering cost savings on internal calls.
