A Miro Case Study
Skyscanner, the travel fare aggregator with ~1,000 employees and 80 million monthly users (70 million app downloads, available in 30+ languages and 70+ currencies), needed to scale Agile practices and maintain visibility across distributed product, design and engineering teams. To keep everyone aligned on multiple simultaneous initiatives and support remote collaboration, Skyscanner adopted Miro as a shared visual workspace.
Skyscanner teams (for example Lauren’s 8‑engineer team, Rob’s 7‑person team and Dipendra’s 16‑person distributed team) use Miro for Agile boards, project roadmaps, bi‑weekly retrospectives and complex architecture diagrams, coordinating 5–10 concurrent projects and collaborators across Europe, Asia and the US. Miro improved at-a-glance visibility, enabled inclusive remote retros and streamlined roadmap sharing and documentation—helping teams track progress more easily, context‑switch faster, and work together in a more consistent, measurable way.
