Case Study: Dell achieves improved collaboration and project visibility with Miro

A Miro Case Study

Preview of the Dell Case Study

How Dell is promoting collaboration and project visibility

Dell, a global computer technology company with about 145,000 employees, was shifting to a design-thinking approach but struggled with scale, distributed teams, and the need for faster, more transparent collaboration. To support cross-functional product design, Dell integrated Miro’s interactive digital whiteboarding platform into its workflows so dispersed teams could conduct research, synthesize insights, and maintain visibility across projects.

Miro enabled Dell to replicate physical whiteboards in browsers, capture and arrange Post‑it notes, run remote ideation workshops, and maintain living roadmaps and documentation. As a result, collaboration among designers, engineers, and stakeholders improved, leadership gained at-a-glance project visibility, and teams consolidated their work into a single source of truth—making project status easier to track and insights simpler to synthesize across offices.
