SevOne, a provider of network and infrastructure performance solutions, needed a better way to enable its global outside sales force. Product Marketing struggled to coordinate 45+ minute WebEx sessions across time zones, relied on a portal that reps rarely used, and had no way to track engagement or test retention. SevOne evaluated solutions and selected MindTickle’s sales enablement platform (including the MindTickle mobile app, Courses and Analytics) to deliver short, easily accessible content and feedback mechanisms.
MindTickle delivered a cloud-based, mobile-first solution for “snackable” two-minute videos with quizzes, certifications and leaderboards; SevOne had an instance provisioned quickly and populated hundreds of pieces of content within days. The rollout drove adoption (100% of the sales organization certified at the Sales Kickoff), replaced long WebEx calls, enabled weekly automated leadership reports, and gave Product Marketing actionable engagement analytics — improving rep knowledge, alignment between Sales and Marketing, and ongoing enablement measurement.
