Ola Cabs, one of the world’s largest ride‑sharing companies serving more than 110 cities and around 1 million driver‑partners, needed to onboard sales reps faster without compromising training quality, track adherence and certification against key milestones, and measure training accuracy. To meet these goals, Ola Cabs partnered with MindTickle and deployed MindTickle’s data‑driven sales readiness platform.
MindTickle implemented a centralized enablement solution—replacing parts of instructor‑led onboarding with e‑modules, providing content authoring and assessments, and delivering analytics for trainers and coaches—creating a one‑stop learning ecosystem. As a result, MindTickle helped Ola Cabs reduce classroom training from 12 days to 10 days (a 16% reduction), rapidly scale the program internationally, simplify access to learning resources, and improve visibility into certification and first‑class accuracy as they work toward an 85% target.
