Viewpoint, a global provider of construction software, faced an unscalable sales onboarding process: a four-week in-person bootcamp that consumed its two-person enablement team and couldn't support rapid hiring (70 sellers in 2019). To build a repeatable, analytics-driven program, Viewpoint deployed the MindTickle enablement platform for onboarding, certification, and ongoing sales readiness.
Using MindTickle, Viewpoint rolled out bite-sized video modules, weekly milestones, engagement scoring and analytics dashboards to track completions and readiness. The results include 553 active MindTickle users (200+ in sales), a 75% reduction in live training, training completions above 90% for key initiatives, ramp time cut from 69 to 52 days (2019–2021), and sellers engaged via MindTickle being 50% more likely to exceed quota.
