Forescout certifies sales rep messaging via MindTickle

Forescout, a network security company that detects devices the instant they connect to a network, faced inconsistent sales process adherence, uneven messaging, and slow new-hire ramp. To solve this, Forescout partnered with MindTickle to migrate its sales playbook and deliver a structured sales coaching program, corporate pitch certification, and a sales university built on the MindTickle platform.

Using MindTickle, Forescout implemented playbooks, recorded pitch reviews, online courses, missions and pitch-back exercises to standardize coaching and certify reps. The outcome: reps are expected to deliver a certified corporate pitch within 30 days and new hires reach productivity targets within six to nine months, delivering faster, more consistent onboarding and ongoing coaching with MindTickle as a strategic partner.
