CM Group Drives Virtual Onboarding and Consistent Messaging with Mindtickle

CM Group, a Nashville-based information technology and services company with over 700 employees, had to shift entirely to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic and urgently needed a way to onboard new hires and train existing staff virtually while consolidating multiple enablement platforms. To solve this, CM Group adopted MindTickle and created the CM Group Knowledge Hub to centralize onboarding and enablement content.

Using MindTickle’s readiness platform — including Missions, single sign-on, and gamified badges — CM Group converted lengthy in-person sessions into engaging, modular online onboarding and ongoing training, with personalized follow-ups. The MindTickle rollout was fast and easy, resulting in decreased ramp time for customer-facing roles (notably Client Success Managers), more consistent messaging across customer communications, and scalable, effective onboarding for all 700 remote employees.
