Alexion Pharmaceuticals, a Boston-based biopharma focused on rare autoimmune and cardiovascular diseases, faced ineffective training: heavy, 80–100 page conference packets and low engagement left learners unprepared. To transform learning delivery, Alexion piloted the MindTickle platform, working with MindTickle’s Content as a Service (CaaS) team to convert materials into self-paced, micro-learning modules for events like the MSVirtual Congress.

Using MindTickle, Alexion shifted to pre-work, micro-modules, and virtual meetings, and began redesigning onboarding with MindTickle Quests and Missions. The results were immediate and measurable: content consumption at the MSVirtual Congress rose from 5% to 50%, development costs fell by over 40%, onboarding and meeting effectiveness improved, data became reusable across applications, and MindTickle’s work earned industry recognition.
