The solution resulted in significant measurable impact: over 95,000 employees adopted the platform, leading to the development of new products for key markets and more efficient internal processes. Crucially, Yammer enabled the participation of all 125,000 employees in corporate strategy meetings, transforming them from passive listeners into active contributors and strengthening Telefónica's competitive agility.
