room2, the Lamington Group’s 71‑room "hometel" in Southampton, needed a modern, flexible property management system to support its guest‑led, home‑style offering with 24‑hour check‑ins/outs. After finding other PMS providers too rigid, room2 selected Mews—using Mews Commander, Marketplace integrations and Mews University onboarding—to enable automated guest communications, multiple online arrival options, and an integration‑friendly platform.

Mews deployed its cloud PMS with Commander and Marketplace integrations (including planned Flexipass mobile key), plus pre‑arrival messaging and staff training, to automate admin work and simplify housekeeping workflows.
