Northern Lights Village, a high‑end Lapland resort known for glass‑roofed Aurora Cabins, Ice Suites and an ice restaurant, faced slow, paper‑heavy operations and a complex rate structure across multiple outlets and activities. After using Opera and Hotellinx, they chose Mews — adopting the Mews Hospitality Cloud for its open API, cloud access and clean UI — and sought a Mac‑compatible passport scanning solution to speed guest registration.

Mews implemented its Hospitality Cloud with the Mews Passport Scanner plus Marketplace integrations (Visma, Zapier, TrustYou, LightSpeed), Kiosk online check‑in and one‑click Payments.
