JO & JOE, AccorHotels' new "open house" hostel brand (launched in Hossegor), needed a modern property management system that was intuitive, fully mobile, and able to handle mixed inventory (beds in dorms, private rooms, group bookings) with very fast staff training and rollout. They chose Mews and adopted Mews Operations / Mews Hospitality Cloud to meet those requirements.

Mews delivered a mobile-first PMS with the timeline view, inventory and rate management, Mews Payments (Stripe) and integrations planned with Availpro and TrustYou, plus online training through Mews University. The result was a very short adoption time—about half the team now proactively use Mews on smartphones—faster guest reallocation and availability monitoring, streamlined rate and payment handling, and smoother onboarding to support JO & JOE’s multi-property growth.
