Hotel management group embraces Mews' flexibility

Oversight is a Paris‑based hotel management start‑up that supports eight independent hotels (600+ rooms, ~54,000 annual guests) and needed an agile, flexible property management system that could be adapted to each hotel’s identity and rolled out across multiple sites. They selected Mews and its Mews Hospitality Cloud to replace legacy on‑premises systems and address the logistical and usability challenges of managing several hotels from a lean central team.

Mews implemented an accelerated onboarding plan (including the Mews Implementation Team and Mews University), cloud access, Open API connectivity and the Mews Marketplace to allow bespoke integrations and data-led management. As a result, all eight hotels went live within three weeks, 94 of 95 staff preferred Mews to the previous PMS, staff now prepare for shifts by checking tasks remotely, and Oversight can leverage 450+ integrations and up‑to‑date data to inform decisions.
