C-Hotels choose modern, flexible hospitality system

C-Hotels, a Belgian nine-property group welcoming about 235,000 guests a year, needed a modern, flexible hospitality system to gain control of data, simplify reporting, improve revenue management, and eliminate time‑consuming manual processes. They chose Mews as their cloud PMS and hospitality platform, including Mews Analytics and Marketplace integrations, to standardize operations across distinct hotel concepts while minimizing staff disruption.

Mews deployed its cloud PMS with five hotels live in three days (using a sandbox and Mews University for self-training), added the PACE revenue-management integration and Mews Analytics, and automated communications, payments and housekeeping workflows.
