Koncept Hotels, a seven-property boutique chain and Mews customer since 2019, needed a fully contact-free, digitally managed guest experience to support some staffless hotels and agile remote operations. Their key challenges were automating self check-in/check-out, payments and everyday administration while minimizing disruption during PMS implementation.
Mews delivered its property management platform— including Mews Payments, Guest Journey and rapid onboarding from the Mews Implementations team—automating online/kiosk check-in, emails, payments, housekeeping reports and eliminating the night audit. The results: first properties onboarded in days, 3 hours saved per day, mobile check-in doubled from 40% to 80%, 100% payment automation in some hotels, zero paper use and 100% accurate housekeeping figures, enabling Koncept Hotels to scale their staff-free model with Mews.
