Hostels HUB Group, a six-property hostel and apartment group in Lisbon, needed to cut manual work across bookings, housekeeping and guest touchpoints while delivering a seamless digital stay. They chose Mews as their property management system, using Mews Reservation Management, the Mews Booking Engine and Mews Payments to centralize operations and digitize the guest journey.

Mews implemented a connected solution—reservations dashboard, the Mews housekeeping app, integrations with SiteMinder, Stripe, Pace, HiJiffy and planned Mews Kiosks—that automated payments and workflows. The result: about two hours saved per day for staff, 100% automated payments, up to 15 minutes saved per cleaning route, increased online check-ins, upselling and reviews, and a 10% lift in room revenue during peak season.
