Swisscom, through its Swisscom Eurospot business, needed a better way to manage a fast-growing partner network across Europe after multiple acquisitions. Its manual spreadsheet-based process made it difficult to handle partner relationships, commissions, reporting, multi-language billing, and multi-currency support at scale, especially across more than 2,700 properties and hundreds of ROW partners.
MetraTech implemented MetraNet®, its billing, charging, settlement, and customer care platform, to automate partner management and complex commission calculations. MetraTech deployed the solution in three months, integrated it with Swisscom Eurospot’s existing systems, and enabled support for 7 languages and multiple currencies, improving reporting and allowing bills and reports to be viewed in local languages.
