A Metia Case Study

Preview of the Dell Case Study

Dell improves content resonance across 39 countries with Metia

Dell Technologies sought to make its content more relevant to its customers by better aligning with their language and needs. To address this challenge, the vendor Metia employed its Content Resonance System (CRS) in a pilot project focused on the flash storage market.

Metia used CRS to analyze 12 months of linguistic data from nearly 80,000 IT decision-maker conversations. This provided a data-driven insight into audience language, generating a Content Resonance Score that showed how well Dell's content matched its audience. The results enabled Dell to understand specific changes to make in its content strategy to better resonate with potential customers across different channels and buying stages.
