Riviera Partners rolled out Metaview across its 80-person recruiting team to automatically summarize conversations, capture action items, and outline next steps across candidate intakes, sales calls, kickoffs, debriefs, and pitch meetings. The results included better data quality, more engaged client and candidate conversations, and an average time savings of more than 6 hours per recruiter per week, with some saving up to 15 hours; 92% of recruiters also said Metaview improved their efficiency and productivity.
