Hudson RPO, a global recruitment and talent advisory provider, needed to reduce the time recruiters spent on manual note-taking while improving the quality and consistency of candidate and hiring manager information. They partnered with Metaview, using its AI interview note-taking and summarization tool to help recruiters stay focused on conversations instead of documentation.

Metaview was first piloted on a high-volume recruitment project and then rolled out across Hudson RPO’s day-to-day hiring process, from job briefings to candidate screens and interviews. The results included an estimated 8–10 hours saved per recruiter each week, better note quality, stronger collaboration with hiring managers, and improved decision making thanks to accurate, easy-to-review interview summaries and recordings.
