How Hudl implemented interviewer training at scale with Metaview

Hudl, a sports performance analytics company, needed a more data-driven way to scale its people processes as it grew across 20 countries and over 1,700 employees. To improve interview quality and build a fair, repeatable hiring process, Hudl turned to Metaview and its interviewer analysis capabilities.

Using Metaview’s interview analytics and Coach product, Hudl analyzed more than 2,000 interviews and provided personalized coaching to 118 interviewers. The results included a 75% reduction in interviews with fewer than six questions, a 14% decrease in time-to-hire, and 83% of interviewers rating the coaching as helpful.
