EMnify, a Berlin-based scale-up, needed to improve its hiring process as it scaled rapidly. The team faced a low-maturity hiring culture, limited interview training, bias in decisions, and a growing volume of interviews that was straining recruiters. They turned to Metaview’s interview intelligence software to help bring more structure and evidence to hiring.

Metaview was rolled out across the talent acquisition team and then expanded to interviewers and hiring managers, using AI to record, transcribe, and summarize interviews and generate better candidate assessments. With Metaview, EMnify cut candidate NPS from -45 to +1, reduced interviews per hire from 60 to 31.5, and saved recruiters 5–10 hours per week; Matthias also reduced assessment writing time from 45 minutes to 15 minutes per interview. Metaview helped EMnify improve candidate experience, increase hiring efficiency, and make more evidence-based hiring decisions.
