Brex, a San Francisco-based company, wanted to improve the quality and consistency of its engineering Values Interviews. To do that, Brex worked with Metaview and used its interview capture and analysis platform to better understand which questions produced the strongest signals and how to standardize interviewer training.
Metaview helped Brex analyze historical interview data, identify signal-rich questions, and build hyper-relevant Shadow Paths using real interview examples for both individual contributors and engineering managers. With new classroom-based training and clearer calibration on what “good” looks like, Brex reported better interview quality, excellent interviewer feedback, and a stricter, higher hiring bar as the team grows.
