Spring Venture Group Boosts Health Insurance Experience With Consolidated Tech Stack

Spring Venture Group wanted to improve its health insurance experience by consolidating multiple CRM environments and streamlining processes across its business units. Merkle was brought in to assess the existing technology, data architecture, and workflows, and to help build a more unified Salesforce-based platform, including Sales Cloud and later Experience Cloud.

Merkle implemented a large-scale Salesforce Sales Cloud consolidation, migrated data from other platforms, added automated business processes and analytics, and improved security, sharing, and usability with Lightning. Merkle then expanded the stack with an Experience Cloud portal for a new B2B partnership, including branding, user access controls, analytics, and light Amazon S3 integration—giving Spring Venture Group a single platform to monitor agent performance, customer retention, and financial performance more easily.
