Crocs wanted to make its Jibbitz™ digital shopping experience more engaging and personalized for customers. To address this challenge, Crocs worked with Merkle on a solution that would let shoppers interactively customize their shoes and charms within the online commerce journey.
Merkle implemented the Jibbitz™ Personalizer and integrated it into Crocs’ Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. The tool allowed customers to visually select, place, and buy charms across hundreds of options, creating a more inspired commerce experience and elevating customer interactions.
