How Neutrogena is Engaging Consumers With Holiday Skin Care Experiences

Neutrogena worked with Merkle to improve its holiday digital experience and better engage consumers across its website, content hub, and email campaigns. The brand wanted to make its online holiday shop and beauty content more personalized and useful, while also leveraging Skin360 and customer data to support future marketing efforts.

Merkle updated Neutrogena’s holiday shop and The Bar with seasonal bundles, gift guides, and product recommendations, and integrated the Skin360 PWA into Neutrogena.com so more shoppers could get skin assessments without downloading an app. Merkle also implemented Einstein with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and used Marketing Cloud Journey Builder to segment audiences and manage holiday email cadence, helping Neutrogena create more targeted outreach, early Black Friday access for subscribers, and stronger engagement.
