Mercer Mettl implemented a fully online talent-acquisition suite—including a Virtual Assessment Center, virtual interview platform and psychometric and cognitive assessments with well‑normed benchmarks and realistic simulations—allowing standardized stack-ranking and centralized candidate data. The solution enabled hiring across 9 countries and across entry, mid and director levels, delivered a 99% success rate with zero failed probations so far, reduced bad hires and streamlined remote hiring during lockdowns.
