Passenger Cars & Commercial Vehicle Finance Company, a four-decade-old vehicle financing firm with 150+ locations and 1.5 million customers, needed to convert top contractual sellers into full-time employees to improve loyalty and reduce attrition. The challenge was twofold: accurately identifying which of the 4,365 contractual employees were fit for conversion and executing a PAN‑India assessment program with minimal logistical friction. They engaged Mercer Mettl to deliver competency-based assessments and profiling to support this initiative.

Mercer Mettl mapped 13 key enablers into an assessment blueprint, developed and delivered assessments, operationalized 143 test centres to minimize travel, and coordinated testing for all 4,365 employees (assessments held 1500–1600 HRS).
