Mercer Mettl built comprehensive technical and behavioural frameworks, provided benchmarking for 65+ job roles, and identified skill gaps to predict high performers. As a result, Sears India implemented targeted training plans, improved mid‑year appraisals and team performance, and maintained attrition within industry norms while seeing a strong correlation between Mercer Mettl assessment scores and on‑job performance.
