With no structured competency framework and a pressing need to realign the workforce, they engaged Mercer Mettl to identify high‑potential performers and create a scalable assessment-driven employee lifecycle.
Mercer Mettl implemented an integrated talent management approach and organization‑wide behavioral competency framework, conducting leadership sensing and running Development Centers using psychometric, cognitive and behavioral simulation‑based online/offline tools. The program delivered diagnostic reports, individual development plans and group analytics, enabled bias‑free competency mapping per global norms, and helped the company cluster employees and identify 54 high performers from 650+ eligible candidates, while building a stronger internal talent pipeline.
