The engagement shifted the company from subjective evaluations to holistic assessment: 91 professionals underwent leadership assessment, 24 received 360-degree feedback, e-learning adoption rose from 33% to 73%, and Tata Play Fiber launched an Employee Development Program portal, improving motivation, proactivity and precision in L&D interventions.
