The organization lacked an unbiased performance-evaluation process and wanted a clearly defined competency framework; they engaged Mercer Mettl to develop and deploy assessment-based solutions, including the Mettl Personality Profiler and the Mettl Cognitive Assessment Battery.
Mercer Mettl conducted interviews and FGDs with top management to build a competency framework, then rolled out customized assessment batteries in two phases (Phase I: 80+ employees; Phase II: 220+ employees). Using correlation analysis to establish predictive validation and benchmarks, Mercer Mettl refined recommendation logic, identified critical competencies, and delivered an objective, scalable method to spot high-potential leaders. The program enabled rapid identification of future leaders, has been approved for wider rollout across business units, and established a repeatable standard for talent decisions.
