Global Automotive and Industrial Suppling Company, a global automotive and industrial supplier operating in 170 locations across more than 50 countries, needed to identify future leaders and prepare selected employees for Team Lead roles. To evaluate and benchmark its engineering workforce, build self-awareness, and set clear expectations for future hires, the company engaged Mercer Mettl to support its hi-potential identification and development efforts.

Mercer Mettl implemented Blended Assessment/Development Centers, deploying the Mettl Personality Profiler alongside cognitive and behavioral tools (group discussions, case-study presentations, and competency-based interviews) and launched Young Leadership and Accelerated Leadership programs for 90 employees. As a result, Mercer Mettl helped the firm identify hi-potentials, surface the top three group-wise strengths and improvement areas for targeted development, create a ready pool of energetic leaders, and deliver automated reports and on-the-spot feedback to assess readiness for higher roles.
