Mercer Mettl implemented a three‑layered assessment suite—DBLysis (database), Frontend Simulator and Codelysis (backend)—backed by AI proctoring, plagiarism checks, auto‑grading, code playback and detailed reporting. The solution fully digitized NLG’s technical recruitment, sped up hiring through automated grading and scalable testing, provided evidence‑based insights into candidate strengths and weaknesses, and led to a significant improvement in the quality of hires, with NLG continuing to use Mercer Mettl’s tools.
