Mercer Mettl provided a GDPR- and ISO 27001‑compliant, AWS‑hosted SaaS solution with multi‑factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, role‑based access controls, regular pen‑testing, localized servers and clear data‑subject processes. Mercer Mettl configured validated assessments, workforce clustering and a customizable analytics dashboard, enabling the Global Insurance Company to run approximately 2,500 assessments across 25 skills in 14 languages and 40 business units, producing individualized development plans and actionable, secure insights into organizational skills gaps.
