Security Company, a New Delhi–headquartered group working in defense, aerospace, space, transportation and security with about 300 employees, ran its first campus recruitment drive but lacked clarity on which colleges and how many candidates to evaluate, which assessment format and content to use, and how to set evaluation benchmarks. They engaged Mercer Mettl to provide campus-hiring planning and assessment services, including a secure online platform and customized aptitude tests.

Mercer Mettl designed a focused plan (assessments at three campuses in Bangalore, Delhi NCR and Hyderabad), supplied tailored aptitude tests on its secure online platform, and helped set cut-offs for evaluation. The program screened 500 candidates, shortlisted 50+ and resulted in 20 hires, delivering more accurate skill measurement, targeted college selection and a time- and cost-effective recruitment process for Security Company.
