Celebal partnered with Mercer Mettl, using its coding assessments, Mercer Mettl I/O simulators and AI proctoring.
Mercer Mettl delivered a suite of domain tests, role-based simulators, configurable IDEs, plagiarism checks, SonarQube code analysis, AI proctoring and analytics dashboards to automate screening and provide actionable reports. The solution enabled 3,000–4,000 assessments a year (over 4,000 technical assessments to date), expanded outreach to 780+ students across 60+ campuses, achieved 80% automated shortlisting for technical interviews and reported a 99% success rate in hiring quality candidates—faster filling of critical roles and sustained campus hiring scalability thanks to Mercer Mettl.
