Arohan Financial Services, a leading non-bank microfinance institution in India, sought to introduce a holistic, unbiased feedback process to strengthen employee learning and development and secure senior-management buy-in for evidence-based skilling decisions. To meet needs like behavioral competency mapping, actionable analytics, and a reliable precursor to Assessment Center Development Center (ACDC) and HiPo identification, Arohan engaged Mercer Mettl and its 360View 360-degree feedback solution.
