Partnering with Mention Me, they launched a fully customisable refer-a-friend programme using mouth-watering creative, cohort A/B testing and a frictionless Name Share mechanism. The result: referrals now drive over 15% of new customers, referred customers increased 67% versus the first three months, more than 35% of referrals come via Name Share, and 37% of revenue from referred customers is generated by their subsequent orders.
