Jerry’s Artarama, a Raleigh, N.C.–based supplier of fine art supplies with 16 stores and a large e-commerce business, was struggling with shipping and billing address errors, mobile “fat fingers,” misidentified business vs. residential addresses, and the resulting chargebacks and delays. To tighten order accuracy and reduce fulfillment headaches, Jerry’s turned to Melissa and its data quality/address verification solutions.
