Melissa’s address verification and data quality capabilities were integrated into Decimal.io’s checkout display to show shipping-cost options and delivery dates before purchase, letting customers choose free slower shipping or pay for faster delivery. The Melissa-enabled solution cut HUF’s cart abandonment from about 85% to 77%, reduced shipping rates by roughly 20%, and helped increase sales by about 25% (with 10–15% of shoppers opting for faster, paid shipping), improving margins and conversion.
